What is your privacy policy?

The information you share is used to assess the COVID safety of your space. We may remove the personally identifiable portion of your responses, aggregate it with others, to create a benchmark reference from which we compare how you or others stand, relative to the benchmark. This information, in aggregate and anonymized form, may be used for research purposes, which we will analyze and publish research and white papers on. In addition, it will be used to inform on developing future assessment services and solutions.

Why do you need my email address?

We collect your email address so that we can email you your personalized copy of the workplace covid-19 safety report. This report contains the analyzed results of your workplace based on your responses here. As we update our analysis algorithms, we may rerun your data to recalculate your safety score. If you would like a copy of the report with the analysis, simply mark the box "I want to have the latest analysis of my space based on new updates". We will rerun your data and send you the latest report.
